Does online coaching actually work?
For much of what athletes need, yes. A coach reviewing your footage frame by frame often sees more than one watching from the side of the court, and video review, written feedback and a structured programme all work well online.
How do I choose a coach?
Every profile shows the coach’s qualifications, experience, the clubs they’ve coached at and a full price list. If you’re unsure, start with a single video review or session.
What does it cost?
Creating an account is free. You pay the price the coach sets for a package, plus a 1–3% service fee and your share of the payment fee, both added at checkout. You see the total before you pay.
Are there coaches for my sport yet?
Asten is new, so coaches are still joining. Coaches from any sport can join, and new ones appear as soon as their profiles go live.
How is my data handled?
Asten is a Finnish company and stores user data in the EU. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
